When making a purchase in the shop
The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Return and refund 15 days after the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Exchange 30 days with proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Return and refund 30 days, from the date of delivery, with proof of purchase. No Exchange or refund on the spotlight, aerosols, journals, pens, felts, books, special orders and custom framing.
Purchase online return
Heyseller Inc. is responsible for the expenses of return when:
- you do not have the right item
- the item received is defective
- the item is damaged upon delivery.
Heyseller Inc. is not responsible for the expenses of return for reasons other than the above examples. Please is it you please do not return your purchase from the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will inform you of our decision on the approval or rejection of your claim.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within a period of a certain number of days.
Late or missing payments (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first consult your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuing entity, because there could be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.

Trade (if any)

You will have to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return costs will be deducted from this.
Depending on where you live, the time needed to receive your trade-in product may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value greater than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the article that you return to us.
