Payment and Delivery Policy

The seller has 2 choices of delivery: Heyseller delivery or the delivery at his charge.


Heyseller delivery:


The seller* may decide to choose delivery with Heyseller. We only charge our commission on each sale. Items delivered by HeySeller are offered by third party sellers, but are shipped from a HeySeller shipping center.


All standard shipping charges and policies are applicable when these items are shipped with free shipping for eligible orders over $ 250.


Delivery by the seller:


The seller also has the option of choosing to take over the delivery of his goods. However, payment to the seller will only be made when the buyer receives the goods to avoid fraud. The seller must specify whether the delivery is free or not. If this is not the case, Heyseller asks the seller to add the cost of delivery to the price of any items sold.


When selling an item, the seller will receive a notification by e-mail and also in his account in the "Sellers Zone" header, indicating that he has received payment and the seller must arrange the delivery within the following 24 hours.

Return policy

At Heyseller, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We then put in place a return and refund policy that we strive to uphold. For items sold by Heyseller Store, we exchange and refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be attached to documents specifying the date of shipment.


The purchaser may, for any reason, return an item to Heyseller and obtain a full refund of its item. We will also refund the shipping costs, if the return is due to an error on our part.


 If you receive a defective item sold by Heyseller Store, contact us to request a replacement by the same item. Items delivered by Heyseller cannot be replaced, but only repaired and returned.


If you receive a defective item sold by other sellers, buyers must be in direct contact with the sellers concerned in order to know their respective return and refund policies.
